What is usability?
Usability measures the quality of a user’s experience when interacting with your website.
How well do users – that is, the people reading your website – move through your site to find the information they want?
- If a website is difficult to use, people leave.
- If the homepage fails to clearly state what a company offers and what users can do on the site, people leave.
- If users get lost on a website, they leave.
