I believe in honest and transparent rate negotiations. That is why I have chosen to demystify the bidding process by publishing my rates online. I think this is helpful to prospective clients who are working to establish a budget for their upcoming projects or to small business owners who have little experience working with a freelancer.

You know you need help, but you don’t know where to begin. For a one-time commitment of $500, I will dig in and provide eight hours of intensely focused rewriting on any and all existing online and print communications.
By Hour
I work on small projects, editing or revising existing text, on an hourly basis. This is billed at $75/hr. in 15-minute increments with a three-hour minimum.
Proofreading (no rewriting!) is billed at $50/hr. in 15-minute increments with a one-hour minimum.
By Project
For larger projects, I provide a no-cost, no-obligation bid upfront. Before moving forward, we will agree to written terms, including a 50% deposit. Additional time for research, content development, copywriting, editing and proofing outside the original assignment description will be billed at $75/hr. in 15-minute increments.
